OutreachPro is a web application designed to help outreach representatives streamline their email outreach initiatives. By purchasing a subscription, users can create email content based on the number of generation credits included in their subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must authenticate using OAuth 2.0 via trusted third-party providers such as Microsoft Azure or Google. We implement OAuth best practices to ensure secure authentication. By using this method, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during the authentication process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials and for all activities that occur under your OutreachPro account. We do not store your passwords; instead, we securely manage access tokens provided by the OAuth providers.

5. Subscription and Payment

OutreachPro offers a variety of subscription plans. Users can try our services through a free trial. Please note that all sales are final, and there are no refunds once a subscription is purchased. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, by logging into your OutreachPro account. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the upcoming subscription period, but you will retain access to your credits until the current subscription expires.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

OutreachPro is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of data we collect, how it is used, and the measures we take to safeguard your information. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. By using our service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Price Adjustments

As we continue to improve the product and expand our offerings, OutreachPro reserves the right to modify prices.

9. Responsibilities

Users are wholly responsible for any emails generated or sent using OutreachPro. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), CASL (Canada), GDPR (European Union), and any other relevant local or international laws. While OutreachPro provides tools to assist in email generation, users bear the primary responsibility for the content, sending, and legal compliance of their emails. Specifically:

  • Users must ensure all header information in their emails is accurate and not misleading.
  • Users are responsible for including their valid physical postal address in each email sent.
  • Users must provide a clear and conspicuous method for recipients to opt out of future emails and honor these requests promptly.
  • Users must clearly disclose the commercial nature of their messages when applicable.
  • Users agree not to use OutreachPro for generating or sending deceptive or misleading emails.
  • Users are responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with these requirements, even when using OutreachPro's automated features.
  • Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of their recipients.

OutreachPro is committed to providing features that support compliance with email regulations, such as automated inclusion of physical address, opt-out link generation, and reminders for commercial purpose disclosure. These features are designed to assist users in meeting common regulatory requirements. However, the proper use of these features and ultimate compliance remains the user's responsibility. OutreachPro is not liable for any content created or distributed by users, nor for any violations of applicable laws resulting from user actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

OutreachPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of OutreachPro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Third-Party Services and Compliance

OutreachPro integrates with various third-party services, including Microsoft Azure, to provide enhanced functionality. By using these services through OutreachPro, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies of these third-party service providers.

  • API Usage: You must comply with all usage guidelines and policies of any third-party services integrated within OutreachPro, including Microsoft's terms of service and policies when using features that interact with Microsoft services. OutreachPro provides features to assist in compliance with these API usage policies, such as implementing sending limits to prevent exceeding API rate limits. However, ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with the user.
  • Data Access and Permissions: You grant OutreachPro the necessary permissions to access your data from third-party services, including Microsoft, as required for the functionality of our service. You can revoke these permissions at any time through the respective third-party account settings.
  • Data Handling: OutreachPro handles your data, including Microsoft-related data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the data protection standards of the respective third-party services.
  • Compliance and Verification: OutreachPro may be required to share certain data with third-party services, including Microsoft, for compliance and verification purposes. We comply with all publisher verification requirements set by our third-party service providers.
  • Revocation of Access: Third-party service providers reserve the right to revoke access to their APIs. OutreachPro must comply with such actions. If your use of these APIs through our service violates any terms or is otherwise deemed harmful, your access may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • Content Generation: OutreachPro may utilize third-party APIs and AI technologies to assist in creating email content. Users are wholly responsible for both the information they input and any content generated using OutreachPro. Ensure your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Automated Sending: By enabling automated sending features, you explicitly consent to OutreachPro sending emails on your behalf. Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM (United States), CASL (Canada), GDPR (European Union), and any other relevant local or international laws governing electronic communications and data protection. 14. Disclaimer

OutreachPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OutreachPro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Services is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Services constitute the entire agreement between you and OutreachPro regarding the use of the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
